All essential time will be taken in order to treat our little patients according to their individual needs. Therefore, we offer a kind, human pediatric dental treatment based on up to date medical-scientific standards. We also make it our priority to take the socio-economical and financial situations of our little patients' parents into consideration.
Special attention and awardness are given to our little patients' fears, anxiety and apprehension in order to make them feel welcome and at home in our dental practice.
Time schedules for treatments will be worked out to the atmost convenience of our little patients and their parents our guardians.
Lengthy and trouble some waiting periods will be avoided to the best of our abilities, however, emergency cases may cause some delays. We kindly request our own patients to be on time.
Advanced medical and scientific training, conferences and workshops are a must for our staff in order to work out all possible ways and means to treat our little patients in accordance with latest international methods.
We take particular interest in explaining to our little patients and their parents all current and related illnesses and their causes as well as ways to treat and cure them.
Special importance is given to aftercare. Our "prophylaxis plan" and our "prophylaxis shop" will offer valuable help and assistance. Our aim and goal: healthy, decay free children who look forward to a regular visit at their "favorite dental practice". In order to achieve this goal we need the support and cooperation of their parents.
Services and treatments not included in officials lists of the "statutory health insurance" will be charged in a moderate manner in order to safe guard our principles and the interests of our little patients.
